About the Course

This transformative course helps RBTs and behavior professionals identify why behaviors occur. Grounded in evidence-based practices, this course explores the four functions of behavior and how environmental factors influence student behavior across inclusive settings. Participants will learn how to use function-based thinking to select proactive strategies, teach appropriate replacement skills, and respond consistently to support positive, meaningful behavior change.
