4. Course Access & License to Use Content

When you purchase a course or resource, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal professional development only.

5. CEUs and Certificates

Certain courses provide Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) under our BACB ACE Provider status.

To earn CEUs, you must:

• Submit any required evaluations

• Attest to full participation

We reserve the right to deny CEUs if requirements are not met.

Certificates are generated through Thinkific and stored in your account for future access.

• Post inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content

• Use the Services in a way that violates laws or professional ethics
